Wood grain or Color - Pick the background your document will be mounted on from this selection.

Price list - Determine your price based on the measurements of your item(s). Note: you have options of edge and side trim colors as well as options for High Gloss, Satin or Linen Textured finish. You may wish to print the chart to help you make your selections.

Order Form - Print the Order form and enter the choices you have made along with the billing and shipping address information.

Package and Mail - If you have not already done so, please read the special information that pertains to the type of document you will be sending to be plaqued.

Photos or collages     Newspaper clippings    Diplomas, Awards, Certificates

Send items in a large protective envelope with cardboard on each side to prevent bending. If you have multiple items, lay a sheet of paper over each photo or graphic. Do not use tape or glue to hold items in place. Let them remain loose between the sheets of paper. Mail to our address which is on the Order Form.

Gift Certificates - What a great way to celebrate and recognize that special diploma, or photograph. Gift Certificates can be purchased for any size plaque. Just let us know how much you want to spend and we will credit that amount to the purchase of any sized plaque. Print out an order form and send it in with the credit card information or call customer service at (800) 245-PLAK and we will send you the certificate and brochure. It makes an unforgettable graduation present.
